About The Role

As an Independent Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our client base. Your mission will be to connect families of seniors and people with special needs who require our compassionate, professional home care services. This is a commission-based position ideal for someone with experience in the health/care industry, sales, or community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients in the community
2. Build and maintain strong referral relationships (e.g., clinics, churches, senior centers)
3. Promote Accord Home Care’s services with professionalism and care
4. Convert leads into active clients by effectively communicating the value of our home care services and guiding them through the onboarding process.
