Jessica Oshundiya founder
Jessica's passion for caregiving began early, caring for her aging grandmother back in her home country — an experience that shaped her lifelong commitment to supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities. That calling led her to volunteer with various organizations dedicated to helping those in need.
With over 12 years of experience in marketing, Jessica could have built her career in an entirely different direction. But her passion for care never faded. She made the deliberate choice to pursue it further, gaining hands-on experience working with organizations across Canada that support seniors and youth. She didn't stop there — Jessica went on to complete her Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification at NBCC, opening the door to direct experience working in both nursing homes and hospital settings.
Disciplined, compassionate, and driven by purpose, Jessica founded Accord Home Care with a clear vision: to build a lasting legacy of care for the people closest to her heart — seniors and individuals with special needs
Jamie Dobbelsteyn Lead Consultant
Jamie brings deep, hands-on experience in caring for seniors and individuals with special needs. As founder of Dobbelsteyn Care Home — an approved special care home in Saint John with 24 licensed spaces, and over that time, Jamie has spent years building a reputation for dependable, compassionate care rooted in real operational expertise.
Known for versatility across the care industry, Jamie's knowledge spans everything from day-to-day caregiving to the practical realities of running a licensed care facility. That breadth of experience is why Jamie is frequently sought out for guidance and insight within the industry — bringing that same depth of expertise to every family Accord serves.
